Terms & Conditions

By using infiniNET's services, you agree to our fair usage policy. All equipment belongs to infininNET and is provided as a rental. All services are subject to availability and coverage area restrictions. infiniNET reserves the right to modify service plans with reasonable notice to customers.

Cancellation Terms

Customers may cancel their service at any time by providing 1 Months written notice to infiniNET via WhatsApp +27 73 255 8112 or e-mail info@infininet.co.za. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the notice period. Any prepaid amounts for the remainder of the billing cycle will not be refunded unless cancellation occurs within the initial 14-day money-back guarantee period. Early termination fees may apply for fixed-term contract plans.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new installations. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund, excluding any aditional installation fees. After the initial 14-day period, refunds are handled on a pro-rata basis for unused portions of prepaid services.
